Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

This Consent is given by ticking the box "I consent to the processing of personal data" and submitting the form on the website lyusya.app. By ticking this box, I, the personal data subject, acting freely, by my own will and in my own interest, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data", give my consent to the processing of my personal data on the terms set out below.

1. Operator

Consent is given to the Lyusya project (website lyusya.app), hereinafter the "Operator". Contact for communication and withdrawal of consent: [email protected].

2. List of personal data

I consent to the processing of the following data of mine, which I provide myself:

• email address;
• messenger nickname (Telegram), if provided;
• answers to the questionnaire (for example, the age of children, the task of interest, the solutions currently used), if filled in;
• technical data automatically transmitted by the browser (IP address, data about the device and browser, referral source and UTM tags, date and time of the visit).

3. Purposes of processing

Processing is carried out for the purposes of:

• contacting me regarding the launch and development of the Service;
• sending me the launch announcement and the early access offer;
• taking my answers into account to improve the product;
• ensuring the operation and security of the Site.

4. List of actions with data and methods of processing

Consent is given to the performance of the following actions: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating (refreshing, modification), retrieval, use, transfer to contractors acting on the Operator's instructions, blocking, deletion and destruction. Processing is carried out both with and without the use of automation tools (mixed processing).

5. Transfer of data

I agree to the transfer of my data to the Operator's contractors (by category: hosting and data storage, notification service, enquiry-handling service), acting on the Operator's instructions and on terms of confidentiality, solely for the purposes indicated in Section 3, including — where necessary — to a cross-border transfer within the infrastructure used by the Operator.

6. Validity period and procedure for withdrawal

This Consent is valid from the moment it is given until the purposes of processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn.

I have the right to withdraw the Consent at any time by sending a written request to [email protected]. Upon receipt of the withdrawal, the Operator ceases the processing of my data and deletes it within a period of no more than 30 days, with the exception of data whose storage is required by law. The withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its receipt.

7. Confirmation

I confirm that:

• the data I have provided is accurate and relates to me;
• I am a person of legal age and have full legal capacity;
• I have read the Privacy Policy and accept its terms;
• I understand that the provision of consent is voluntary, and I am aware of the consequences of its withdrawal.
