Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (hereinafter the "Terms") govern the conditions of use of the website lyusya.app (hereinafter the "Site") and relate to the Lyusya project (hereinafter "we", the "Administration"). By using the Site, you (hereinafter the "User") confirm that you have read the Terms and accept them. If you do not agree with any of its conditions, please do not use the Site.

1. Status of the Site and the Service

1.1. As of the current version, the Site is a presentation (presell) page: it describes the Lyusya service being prepared for launch (hereinafter the "Service") and allows you to join the waiting list (the beta).

1.2. The Service is under development. The Site does not provide access to a finished software product and does not accept payments.

1.3. The information on the Site is for informational purposes. The description of the Service's features, plans and conditions may change as it is developed.

2. Joining the waiting list

2.1. By joining the waiting list, the User provides an email address and, optionally, additional data (see the Privacy Policy).

2.2. Joining the waiting list does not constitute a contract, does not give rise to an obligation of the Administration to provide the Service, or of the User to pay for it. It is an expression of interest in a future product.

2.3. The prices indicated on the Site (including the special terms for early participants — founding) are indicative and do not constitute a public offer. The final terms and cost will be determined at the launch of the Service and communicated to the User separately. We strive to preserve the special terms for early participants, but do not guarantee that prices will remain unchanged.

3. Use of the Site

3.1. The User undertakes to use the Site in good faith and not to take actions that disrupt its operation, security or the rights of other persons, including: not to attempt to gain unauthorised access, not to upload malicious code, not to carry out automated data collection or mass mailings through the forms.

3.2. The User warrants that the data they provide is accurate and that they are entitled to provide it.

4. Intellectual property

4.1. The Site, its design, texts, graphics, logo and the "Lyusya" character, as well as other materials, are objects of intellectual property and belong to the Administration or are used by it on a lawful basis.

4.2. The use of the Site's materials without the written permission of the Administration is not permitted, except in cases directly provided for by law.

5. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

5.1. The Site is provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to ensure its correct and uninterrupted operation, but do not guarantee the absence of errors, interruptions or unavailability.

5.2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Administration is not liable for any indirect damages, lost profits or loss of data arising in connection with the use of or inability to use the Site.

6. Links to third-party resources

The Site may contain links to third-party resources (for example, to a messenger). We do not control such resources and are not responsible for their content and privacy policy. The User follows such links at their own risk.

7. Amendment of the Terms

We have the right to amend these Terms. The current version is always posted on the page lyusya.app/terms with the date indicated. Continued use of the Site after the publication of changes signifies agreement with the updated version.

8. Final provisions

8.1. The applicable law applies to these Terms and to relations connected with the use of the Site. Disputes are resolved through negotiations, and if agreement is not reached — in the manner established by law.

8.2. If any provision of the Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
