This Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies are, which of them the website lyusya.app (hereinafter the "Site") uses, for what purposes, on what basis, and how you can manage your choices. The Policy is an integral part of the Privacy Policy.

1. What cookies are

2. Which cookies and technologies we use

We use the minimum necessary set and divide it into categories.

These ensure the basic operation and security of the Site; without them the Site may not work correctly. They include:

Until consent is obtained, such tools are not loaded and do not transmit your data.

2.3. Advertising / marketing

As of the current version, these are not used. Should they appear, they will be activated only after separate consent, and this Policy will be updated.

• analytical and any non-mandatory technologies — only your consent, which you give in the cookie banner and may withdraw.

4. Cookie banner and managing your choices

On your first visit to the Site, a notice (banner) about cookies is shown with the option to accept or reject non-mandatory cookies. Your choice is saved, and the banner is no longer shown.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time:

• by clearing the site's data (cookies and local storage) in your browser settings — on your next visit the banner will appear again;
• by configuring or completely disabling cookies in your browser settings.

Please note: disabling strictly necessary technologies may impair the operation of the Site.

5. Transfer to third parties

The strictly necessary technologies themselves are serviced by our contractors (by category — content protection and delivery, hosting), acting on our instructions. Non-mandatory (analytical) tools, if they are connected, may involve the processing of anonymised data by the relevant services; the list and conditions will be reflected in an updated version of this Policy.

6. Storage period

The storage period depends on the type of technology: some exist only for the duration of the session and are deleted when the browser is closed, others (for example, the record of your choice in the banner) are stored until you delete them, or for the period established for them.

7. Changes

We may update this Policy — for example, when new tools are connected. The current version is always available on the page lyusya.app/cookie with the date indicated.
